Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Puebla unless a mandatory provision requires otherwise.
Professional services conditions
The Firm also provided an Annex 1 containing the guidelines for its labor-law retainer: included and excluded services, service protocol, obligations, confidentiality, billing, ownership, liability, updates, renewal, records and acceptance.
This document applies only when it is expressly incorporated into a professional services agreement entered into with Tirzo & Bautista Attorneys. Viewing or downloading it does not constitute an offer, quotation or engagement and does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. The proposal, agreement and version of the annex accepted by the parties will prevail. Services excluded from the retainer may be quoted and engaged separately.
