Personal data controller

Data collected

The contact form may collect name, company, email address, city, inquiry text and language; the newsletter collects email address and language; and preference records retain the cookie decision, IP address and date. When choosing WhatsApp or email, users voluntarily share the information they send through those services. Hosting may also generate technical security logs. The Firm does not request sensitive personal data through this website: do not include it in the inquiry field.

Purposes of processing

Primary purposes are to respond to requests for information, advice or quotations; verify the identity or authority of interested parties; follow up and schedule meetings; send proposals and applicable terms; and meet pre-contractual or contractual obligations. For secondary purposes, with the user's authorization, the Firm may send newsletters, legal circulars, regulatory updates, training invitations or quality surveys.

Service providers and transfers

The Firm does not sell or rent personal data.
